I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and OCD expert, offering specialised
treatment for obsessional problems, anxiety and depression. My warm, compassionate and empathic approach creates a space where you can feel safe, understood and able to flourish.
As unexpected as it may sound, it can be really hard to be a human....
Our brains have evolved in a way that allows us to get tangled up in our thoughts and emotions. Often the things we do to manage these struggles can make the problem worse.
None of this is our fault, we did not ask for the brains we have and our responses to things are often instinctive, for example, avoiding things when anxious. We are all susceptible to these difficulties but if you have found that things are persisting or becoming unmanageable, you are likely to benefit from the support of a therapist.

Who I Can Help

Having worked in busy London NHS services for 21 years, I have experience of supporting diverse populations - I perceive each person as unique and recognise our individual differences along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, and other ideologies.
Adults & Older Adults
I am experienced in treating adults across the life spectrum. My sensitivity to the issues that people face at different developmental stages will always be factored into therapy, including the impact of perimenopause and menopause on mental health.
17 Year Olds
This is an age when continuity of care in the NHS can be tricky whilst transitioning between child/adolescent and adult services. People often report getting moved from one service or waiting list to another; private therapy is a really helpful, stable alternative for young people during this time.
People with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or ADHD
I have a good understanding of neurodiversity and how it can interact with mental health, self esteem and wellbeing. My experience and training in this area allows me to make adaptations to treatment to better support the needs of people with autism and ADHD.

Client feedback
Sabina has been a transformative force in my life. Her clear methodology and unwavering support helped me overcome anxiety and panic associated with work. Thanks to her guidance, I now navigate speaking engagements and complex situations with confidence and manage stress more effectively. Sabina's expertise has been invaluable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking positive change in their professional and personal journey.

Daniel, Germany
Therapy given for Performance Anxiety
Working with Sabina was hugely helpful to me and held me through a particularly difficult period. I was sceptical about CBT initially and grappled with the concepts but Sabina had a way of working that just allowed the process to flow. The work was intense but hugely revelatory and has equipped me with insight, techniques and tools I did not have before. Sabina is a thoughtful, empathetic, containing and highly skilled practitioner who I feel lucky to have worked with.

Orla, North London
Therapy given for Depression and Low-Self Esteem
I've worked with many therapists over the years yet Sabina is the first that I've felt 'seen' with. I was made to feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning, and I can't underestimate the difference that her awareness of my ADHD and Autistic traits, and willingness to accommodate any needs I might have made

Staphanie, Italy
Therapy given for PTSD
Working with Sabina never felt like therapy. The results have been brilliant, but all throughout my course, Sabina was calm, friendly, and listened to all my thoughts without judgement or prejudice. Her advice and coaching, from the first consultation through to my final appointment has always been incredibly useful and lifesaving
